Welcome to the transformative journey of our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Park Circle Yoga Studio! Designed for aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge of yoga and become equipped with the skills to teach confidently, this 12-week program provides a comprehensive foundation in the art, science, and philosophy of yoga while equipping students with the skills to confidently lead classes.

Program Overview

Our 200-Hour YTT is structured to integrate seamlessly into your schedule, balancing weekly learning with immersive monthly experiences:

Schedule:

  • Start date: Friday, September 12
  • Weekly Virtual Thursday Classroom: 7:30pm - 9pm
  • 6 weekend intensives:
    Fridays: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
    Saturdays: 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM
    Sundays: 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Intensive Dates:
    Sept 12th, 26th
    Oct 10th, 24th
    Nov 14th, 21st
    Graduation celebration at studio on Sunday Nov 23rd

Curriculum

  • Yoga Philosophy & History: Explore ancient yogic texts and their modern-day applications.
  • Anatomy & Physiology: Understand the mechanics of movement and safe alignment.
  • Teaching Methodology: Learn to design and deliver engaging, inclusive classes.
  • Practical Application: Practice sequencing, cueing, and hands-on adjustments.
  • Mindfulness & Mediation: Develop tools for self-awareness and teaching presence.
